Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop scalable infrastructure for advanced security systems
• Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to enhance DevOps practices
• Lead the deployment and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Automate deployments and monitoring using IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
• Monitor and improve reliability of cloud-native production systems
• Integrate security best practices throughout our stack

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), beyond just usage
• Experience with container technologies: CRI, Docker, Minikube, Kubeadm
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
• Strong skills in IaC & automation: Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Terragrunt
• Proficient scripting in Python, Bash, or similar
• Security-aware mindset with knowledge of modern DevSecOps principles
• Drive to ship quickly, learn from failures, and improve continuously

Bonus Points:

• Open-source contributions
• Experience with KEDA, Karpenter, or custom controllers
• Building and scaling internal platforms or developer tools
