Job summary

Cerebras Systems, based in Nova Scotia, Canada, is seeking an experienced engineer to advance our CI/CD and developer tooling at scale. You’ll design, build, and optimize build pipelines, artifact management, and automation across distributed teams to accelerate engineering velocity.

You will lead infrastructure improvements, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call/incident response, shaping a high-performance, reliable platform for AI deployment and research.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software or infra experience.
• Deep hands-on CI/CD expertise and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms, AWS preferred, and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines across the org.
• Own artifact lifecycle systems and reproducible builds at scale.
• Improve code review workflows and automated integration processes.
• Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure for CI workloads.
• Troubleshoot build failures and pipeline bottlenecks.
• Improve internal build and developer tooling to boost productivity.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead architectural improvements.
• Contribute to AI tooling to enhance engineering workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Participate in on-call and incident response.
