Key Responsibilities :

1. Work closely with Infrastructure and Engineering teams to maintain and improve software products, ensuring they meet security, stability, and compliance standards.
2. Assist the Customer Success team by diagnosing and resolving customer issues, applying necessary fixes and patches.
3. Develop a deep understanding of the system architecture, reverse engineer components, and document them for team-wide reference.
4. Oversee cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
5. Conduct routine security updates, system patching, and performance enhancements to maintain software efficiency.

Required Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
3. Experience in full-stack development, cloud services, and deployment.
4. Proficiency in AWS.
5. Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB.
6. Familiarity with Java for desktop application development.
7. Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or BuildKite.
8. Hands-on experience with Docker, Terraform, and Linux.
9. Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows.
10. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
