Job summary

National Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to join the Cloud Platforms and Services Management team. You will develop and support an integrated platform for secure solutions, contribute to Cloud and DevSecOps tooling, and drive new features through innersourcing and collaboration.

You’ll work with Python, Terraform, and Bash across multiple codebases, participate in Agile ceremonies, and guide clients in adopting our products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Python and Terraform development as well as Cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
• Proficiency with Github, EKS, Hashicorp Vault, TFC, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• AWS certification.
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment.
• Strong collaboration skills, autonomy, creativity, and ability to influence.
