We are seeking a Senior DevOps Programmer to join our Core Technologies (Core Tech) team. Core Tech develops both backend and frontend services that support and enhance Behaviour games. Our services, primarily based on cloud technology, are utilized by games such as Dead by Daylight to develop in-game features, including matchmaking, player progression, in-game purchases, friends' systems, and messaging.

The DevOps role is essential for maintaining, automating, and improving these systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. Core Tech embraces the DevOps philosophy to achieve world-class reliability, security, and scalability. In this role, you will:

• Transform our technology to adopt a DevOps philosophy through various projects.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, testing, and seamless releases.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, maintaining secure and scalable clusters.
• Collaborate with developers in an agile environment to address infrastructure needs and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical infrastructure issues and minimize downtime.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices and philosophy.
• Strong understanding and experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, scaling, and reliability.
• Proficiency in automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog or Prometheus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with developers and team members.
