In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the development of the company's Ontario portfolio of mixed-use residential projects from end to end, representing the company in assembling and leading the consulting team through all approvals, design development, and the full cycle of projects to commissioning. Scope includes: development approvals & permitting, project planning & management, budgeting & financial oversight, reporting, risk management & compliance, stakeholder and market engagement, and handover, along with strategic leadership.

You will be able to use your confident and calm approach to manage, coach, and deliver. You will report to the VP for support.
