Our client has engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them a Senior Developer / Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Interacting with the onsite team to understand requirements and getting the requirements developed by the offshore team from India.
- Participating in the development of the product with the team onsite.
- Executing a module of the project offshore with the help of a team of 6 members.
- Reviewing all output created by the offshore team to ensure adherence to customer expectations.
- Ensuring that the offshore team delivers the modules on time.
- Making sure that the design of the system aligns with customer expectations.
- Coding independently when participating/pairing with the customer.
You Have:
- Several years (5+) of .NET experience.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Extreme Programming, which will be used by the customer.
- Several years of team leading experience with offshore developers.
- Strong skills in ASP.NET MVC and C#.
- Clear understanding of object-oriented concepts and basic design patterns.
- Ability to design systems independently.
Credentials and Experience:
- More than 8 years of total IT experience.
- Very good communication skills.
- Several years of team leading experience.
- Any .NET certifications will be an added advantage.
Special Requirements:
- Due to the timezone difference, this coordination job requires that the person work for a couple of hours during non-office time. This can be adjusted during daytime working hours.
