Northwest Analytics (NWA) is a pioneering SaaS product within the Embrace portfolio of companies, specializing in analytics-based knowledge solutions for global manufacturers, spanning industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. We are looking for an experienced .NET Programmer with extensive database experience to join our dynamic team. As the go-to senior backend .NET programmer, you will lead the development of complex, data-intensive .NET applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and modern data-driven solutions. Your expertise will be primarily crucial in driving the success of our next-generation Industrial Analytics SaaS system.

Key Responsibilities:

● Transform, design, develop, and maintain complex, data-source-agnostic .NET applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

● Optimize data-driven applications for supporting a broad-set of data sources, and maximum speed and scalability.

● Work cohesively with a team of highly-empowered developers, product managers, QA, and other stakeholders fostering a collaborative, innovative, and agile work environment.

● Follow best practices in SCRUM-based software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.

● Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

● Stay updated with the latest .NET and database trends, technologies, and frameworks, integrating them into our product as appropriate.

Requirements

● Minimum of 7 years of experience developing modern, data-intensive .NET applications.

● Expertise and significant experience with database programming skills, including SQL, Stored Procedures, etc. with Oracle and SQL Server.

● Expertise in back-end .NET technologies (C# and/or VB.NET).

● Experience with a broad array of data sources like Data Lakes, Time Series Databases, etc. is preferred

● Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (or similar), and familiarity with CI-CD practices is preferred.

● Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams, especially the US.

● Excellent ownership, creative problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

● Experience working in a highly remote, fast-paced, and agile environment.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
