OVERVIEW

Salt XC is seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and experience with backend tools, databases, and cloud platforms.

As part of the digital team, you will develop high-quality, performant web applications that connect frontend interfaces with backend systems and third-party APIs. THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Developer, you will create innovative digital experiences by building efficient web applications with modern technologies. Responsibilities include integrating RESTful APIs, developing animated interfaces, and working with multiple databases and platforms to ensure smooth data flow. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP systems and customer-facing applications using React and Next.js.
• Build and style modern interfaces with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop and optimize e-commerce solutions using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Implement and manage headless CMS solutions such as Strapi, Contentful, or Payload.
• Create APIs and microservices to connect various systems within our tech stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and backend developers.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring best practices in SEO, security, and accessibility.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, adapting quickly to new tools.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, especially in business systems integration.
• Proven experience implementing and customizing ERP integrations (JD Edwards, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong proficiency with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify (including Shopify Plus, APIs, and app development).
• Experience with headless CMS implementations like Strapi, Contentful, or Payload.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
