One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Designer in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer to lead impactful visual design initiatives in a fully remote digital marketing environment. You will drive the design of WordPress websites, landing pages, digital ads, and content assets that align with brand guidelines and drive conversion. You’ll collaborate with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling digital experiences while mentoring junior designers. Accountabilities:

• Design and optimize WordPress websites, landing pages, banners, CTAs, and digital assets for performance and engagement
• Develop and maintain cohesive design systems aligned with client branding and buyer personas
• Conduct A/B testing using tools like Hotjar, and recommend iterative improvements based on analytics
• Collaborate closely with SEO, content, and paid media teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving design best practices
• Ensure all designs are pixel-perfect and meet project deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment

• 5–7 years of design experience in a digital agency or in-house marketing team
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• 3+ years of experience designing WordPress front-end layouts
• 3+ years of experience creating digital ad banners for platforms like Facebook and Google Ads
• Experience with A/B testing and heatmap tools to optimize conversion
• Familiarity with wireframing tools such as InVision, Balsamiq, or UXPin is a plus
• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively
