At WeCook, we’re redefining how people enjoy healthy and flavourful ready-to-eat meals. As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in evolving our visual brand presence. You'll be responsible for crafting and overseeing impactful visuals, mentoring a graphic designer, and contributing to the art direction of photoshoots and video productions. This role is ideal for a strong creative with sharp visual instincts and an eye for branding.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and adapt creative concepts aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital and print materials.
• Contribute to art direction of photoshoots and video shoots, in collaboration with the brand team.
• Supervise and mentor one graphic designer to ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Help evolve the brand’s visual identity by staying up to date on design, photography, typography, and motion trends.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience, including team guidance or creative project coordination.
• Experience or strong exposure to art directing photo shoots (culinary, lifestyle, or product).
• Portfolio showcasing a strong mix of digital and print design.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. After Effects / motion skills are a plus.
• Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• French is required.
• Experience in food or consumer product industries is a plus.
