Job Title: Senior / Junior Designer

The role involves developing creative and effective design solutions, at an advanced level, for customer materials across print and digital media. The position also serves as a leader within the design team.

Job Duties:

  1. Conceptualize and produce online and offline marketing and sales collateral, including campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients and project management teams to understand business needs.
  3. Develop innovative concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns, enhancing our client's brand.
  4. Design and produce a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
  5. Create comprehensive multimedia campaigns.
  6. Identify innovative design solutions that push brand boundaries and explore new formats and media channels.
  7. Manage design limitations and client expectations by educating clients about design constraints.
  8. Ensure all work is visually appealing, meets specifications, and adheres to brand guidelines.
  9. Maintain brand consistency while offering fresh design approaches.
  10. Lead the execution of client creative requests and projects.
  11. Carry client brand ethics and requirements through the team.
  12. Provide training and guidance to graphic designers on methods and techniques.
  13. Take responsibility and lead on complex creative projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the graphic design industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, layout, typography, and aesthetic concepts.
  • Proven experience in creating campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Ability to work within tight schedules and strict layout controls.
  • Strong communication skills, dependable, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Web design experience is a plus.
  • Experience in agency or corporate environments preferred.
  • Motivated, organized, flexible, and able to work well in small teams.
