ABOUT THINK PARTNERS

We describe ourselves as a creative agency in the animal healthcare space that specializes in developing effective marketing and educational programs and tools. Our work includes learning programs, presentations, animations, websites, customizable tools, marketing collateral, and digital and hands-on collaborative gamified experiences.

ABOUT YOU

You have a minimum of five years of graphic design experience with a broad portfolio showcasing your talents, including PowerPoint presentations, logos, icons, digital banners, brochures, and website elements. Experience with elearning designs and graphic animations is a plus. You are eager to join a small creative agency to apply and develop your skills across various projects. You thrive in team environments that encourage brainstorming, innovation, and execution. You are an out-of-the-box thinker, detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a multi-tasker.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Designer, reporting to the Chief Content & Creative Officer, you will collaborate with our Biomedical Communications team. Your activities will include designing and producing projects, participating in client meetings, and ideating new concepts. To succeed, you should possess:

  • Creative Direction: Ability to generate innovative design solutions, ensure brand consistency, and stay updated with current trends.
  • Project Management: Time management, client communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Proficiency: Attention to detail and skills in Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and receive feedback.
