Job summary

PDI Group of Companies is seeking a General Superintendent to lead demolition projects on-site, coordinating operations, project management, and safety to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will mentor staff, optimize site workflows, and liaise with safety and engineering teams to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ of Superintendent/Site Foreman experience in delivery of construction projects.
• Experience leading teams and pushing construction projects to close.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation, standards and guidelines related to demolition.
• Proficient with project management processes and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential leadership and coaching of all operations staff.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate demolition projects with operations, PM and safety.
• Plan and prepare construction schedules with the Project Manager and monitor progress.
• Develop and maintain safety and quality control plans with Safety team.
• Coordinate communication between field and office and ensure regulatory compliance.
