Job summary

PDI Group of Companies is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead demolition projects on-site, coordinating with operations, project management and safety teams to ensure safe, timely, and on-budget completion. You will mentor staff, optimize work sequences, and drive adherence to quality standards across multiple sites.

The role requires 7+ years in demolition/construction supervision, strong project management, and familiarity with Viewpoint or similar software.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years in superintendent or site foreman roles in demolition/construction.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan and coordinate demolition projects on site.
• Collaborate with operations, PM and HSE to ensure safe execution.
• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to site personnel.
• Develop schedules with the Project Manager and monitor milestones.
• Ensure on-site compliance with health and safety policies and regulations.
• Communicate logistics between field and office and manage multiple teams.
