We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate Senior Demand Planning Analyst to be accountable for forecasting future product demand by analyzing data, identifying trends and collaborating with cross functional teams in order to affect retail sales of Instant Tickets.
Reporting to the Manager Demand Planning, you will be empowered to:
Work Experience: 2+ years of related work experience in Supply Chain Management; system implementation experience related to Sales and Operations Planning or Demand Planning, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics/D365; experience supporting the development of demand planning processes and demand plans; experience utilizing quantitative and analytical skills to support decision-making.
Education: College or University Degree with a focus in Supply Chain Management and associated business techniques or equivalent experience; knowledge related to Demand Planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP); excellent computer skills specifically in the use of Windows, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
Critical Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; well-developed analytical skills with ability to isolate and identify patterns or trends within data elements; strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and partner cross-functionally.
