Job summary

Tim Hortons is hiring for a Demand Planning role based in Toronto, reporting to the Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will own forecasting models at item and distribution levels and work in-office five days a week to support collaboration with senior leaders.

You will partner with Marketing Analytics to shape forecasts for promotions and launches, and contribute to financial planning through volume forecasting and budgeting collaboration. A strong data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, CPG or QSR.
• Proficient in Excel and data analytics to drive insights.
• Strong communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities
