What you will be doing:
Forecasting & Analytics
Develop and maintain a rolling 90-day demand forecast at the product family, customer, and regional level.
Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer input to generate high-fidelity forecasts.
Integrate account-level planning, sales funnel inputs, and rebate strategy impacts into the forecasting model.
Use PowerBI, Excel, and ERP data to visualize trends, identify variances, and support decision-making.
SIOP Process Ownership
Actively lead weekly SIOP meetings to present forecast assumptions, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend adjustments.
Align closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure demand plans are integrated across planning functions.
Drive improvements to forecast accuracy, lead time visibility, and inventory optimization through structured cadence and reporting.
Collaboration & Planning Integration
Work cross-functionally to link demand planning with supply, logistics, and workforce plans.
Translate customer trends and pipeline data into actionable insights for supply planning teams.
Partner with RSMs to capture sales inputs and monitor potential demand shifts related to promotions, rebates, or customer performance.
Process & Tool Development
Support the automation of demand planning processes, including potential scenario simulation or digital supply chain capabilities (nice to have).
Help evolve forecasting tools and templates as part of Infra Pipe’s broader SIOP toolkit rollout.
Track and report on forecast accuracy and root causes for variance.
What you must have:
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or operations planning within a manufacturing or industrial business.
Expertise in data analysis and forecasting tools (Excel, PowerBI, or ERP systems like IQMS/SAP).
Very strong understanding of SIOP principles and the ability to operate in structured, cross-functional planning environments.
Essential to work with both quantitative data and qualitative business intelligence from sales and customer teams.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 – $120,000
