As a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Noibu, you'll be the driving force behind our strategy to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Your role involves crafting and executing innovative marketing initiatives, focusing on channels that resonate with our ecommerce personas. You'll have ownership and accountability for executing end-to-end campaigns, ensuring their success and impact.

You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Content Marketing Manager, Design support, and Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive marketing sourced pipeline and revenue.

Please note: this role is hybrid in Toronto. While Noibu is Ottawa-based, we have a co-working space in downtown Toronto for the marketing team, and the expectation is that this candidate will work hybrid from this office.

What you'll be doing:
  • Identifying and prioritizing key growth channels using a data-driven approach to optimize performance continually.
  • Developing and implementing DG + Growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and GTM functions.
  • Owning and executing paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google Ads, managing diverse campaigns and budgets effectively.
  • Supporting organic growth, email marketing, data analysis, CRO, and growth hacking initiatives.
  • Planning and executing targeted campaigns to acquire high-value B2B customers.
  • Implementing and optimizing event marketing, paid media advertising, content distribution, and other customer acquisition tactics.
  • Leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and scale demand generation efforts across channels.
  • Conducting A/B testing and analyzing user behavior to improve conversion rates.
  • Refining the website's conversion process and the buyer's journey.
  • Analyzing marketing performance against company goals and KPIs.
  • Providing insights through data analysis and reporting to refine strategies.
  • Collaborating with sales to improve sales enablement, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.
Who you are:
  • A full-stack demand generation marketer with 4+ years in B2B SaaS, capable of managing and rewriting playbooks.
  • You have built multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue, including paid media, events, email, and co-marketing.
  • You have proven experience scaling event marketing efforts like micro-events, roundtables, and tradeshows.
  • You are both scrappy and strategic, comfortable tweaking campaigns and planning growth strategies.
  • You move fast, test often, and use AI tools to accelerate without sacrificing quality.
  • You take ownership and create momentum proactively.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

  • Closed-won revenue (ARR)
  • Paid media campaign engagement, conversion rates, and ROI
