Job summary

PLATO, Canada’s largest Indigenous-owned software testing and technology services company, is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Lead to drive complex business and technology initiatives from planning through delivery across business, technology, vendor and partner teams.

You will lead delivery planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and reporting, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure outcomes align with strategy and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex business transformation and technology initiatives with end-to-end accountability.
• Proven skills in executive stakeholder management, governance forums, and alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Strong delivery governance, reporting, and risk/issue management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Establish governance forums, executive reviews, and stakeholder engagements with clear reporting and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with objectives.
