Job Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Dayforce Project Manager for a perm position.
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Bonus: Performance-based (% not confirmed – to be discussed during interview)

Location: Remote CANADA (Anywhere in Canada, with occasional on-site visits; expenses covered)
Language Requirements: English; French is an asset
- Project Leadership: Manages Dayforce implementation projects across Canada and potentially LATAM, EMEA, and Asia/Pacific, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value or introduce new services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to deliver tailored HR/payroll solutions and improve service delivery.
- Strategic Planning & Consulting: Assists clients in identifying performance metrics, optimizing business processes, and aligning Dayforce with their strategic goals.
- Sales Support & Business Development: Supports pre-sales efforts, contributes to RFPs, and works with sales teams to craft cost-effective implementation strategies.
- Communication & Leadership: Hosts regular project meetings, provides feedback and updates to stakeholders, and leads teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develops and manages project timelines, coordinates resources, and ensures milestones are met efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifies bottlenecks, gathers client feedback, and works internally to improve processes, tools, and service quality.
- Industry Expertise: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce, HR/payroll trends, and relevant technologies to guide clients and support solution enhancements.
- Client Advocacy: Prioritizes client needs, supports long-term success, and seeks ways to enhance satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
