Job summary

CIRO is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to ensure performance, reliability, and security of Finance Systems and data ecosystems. You will optimize SQL Server databases, support Business Central and related integrations, and implement encryption and secure connectivity in a hybrid Azure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SQL Server DBA experience.
• Strong SQL tuning, indexing, and optimization skills.
• Hands-on experience with database encryption technologies.
• Experience with Azure Arc, VNets, Gateways, and hybrid workloads.
• Experience with integrations (SSIS, APIs, ETL tools).
• Knowledge of security, governance, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL Server administration, query tuning, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshooting complex database and integration issues.
• Hands-on experience with database encryption (TDE, Always Encrypted, encryption-at-rest/in-flight).
• Practical experience with Azure technologies: Azure Arc, Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Gateways, hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

CIRO is seeking a highly capable Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to support the performance, reliability, and integrity of our Finance Systems and enterprise data ecosystem.
