Pinnacle is seeking a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to lead the modernization of our data platform. The role focuses on migrating the SQL Server data warehouse to Snowflake while keeping legacy systems stable.

You will design and implement end-to-end cloud-native pipelines, manage governance, and drive CI/CD-enabled deployments with dbt and ADF. Collaboration with teams across analytics and engineering is essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in cloud data warehousing or data engineering roles.
• Strong Snowflake experience including virtual warehouses, Time Travel, cloning, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in SQL (Snowflake/ ANSI) and dbt for modeling, testing, and CI/CD-driven deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain end-to-end cloud-native pipelines ingesting data into ADLS and Snowflake.
• Orchestrate data loads with ADF and design transformations with dbt models.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD-driven DevOps pipelines for deployments.
• Apply dimensional modeling and schema design for performant Snowflake marts used by BI/analytics.
• Optimize compute, clustering, and query performance to balance cost and speed.
• Provide light support for legacy on-prem SQL Server systems during transition.
• Define engineering standards for version control, code review, and testing across ADF and dbt/Snowflake deployments.
• Implement data governance foundations including cataloging, lineage, access control, and quality monitoring.
