Senior Data Scientist - Logistics at a glance...

You will help build our next generation of advanced analytics products using AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Within the Logistics domain, you will design, develop, and implement solutions to problems related to transportation spend and utilization to help improve customer delivery outcomes.

Implement systematic approaches to deliver value-add solutions in partnership with a trailblazing team of data engineers, analysts, developers, and supply chain experts.

Explore various transportation datasets and contextualize events by joining with data from elsewhere in the organization

Gain expertise in supply chain domain, identifying data availability, location, and robustness

Create repeatable, interpretable, dynamic, scalable models at the heart of new statistical products.

Engineer new features and test various modeling approaches by using your domain experience to develop industry-leading analytical products.

Perform root cause analysis into drivers of valid and invalid customer claims and deductions

I have a Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or Statistics with 5+ years of experience.

I have experience implementing AI algorithms in Python and / or R, and I am able to quantify and articulate the value of the models I develop.

I am proficient in leveraging Big Data technologies like Snowflake and Spark to perform data wrangling and exploratory analysis.

I am proficient in linear programming and other optimization techniques.

I am comfortable synthesizing inquiries to subject matter experts in Supply Chain to get clarity on data and process questions and sanity-check result.

New Hire Base Salary Range :

100,300.00 - $125,400.00

Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
