We are building an extremely data-first operations and GTM function at Owner. Because our business is high-volume B2B and much of our revenue is tied to our customers’ transaction volume, we have the opportunity to build particularly accurate and insightful analyses and scalable, data-driven systems to power our GTM team. As Senior Data Scientist, GTM, you will help build these systems and advance our culture around data discipline and efficiency. This role reports to our VP of Business Operations.

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US or Canada.

The impact you will have

• Improve GTM efficiency and CAC: LTV ratio through data insights and initiatives.
• Build and enhance our go-to-market system pipeline with AI, automation, and data enrichment.
• Explore and test new growth channels to scale sales operations.
• Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.

Who you’ll work with

• Report to our VP of Business Operations, Jonathan Shenkman.
• Partner with VPs and Directors of Growth, Sales, Marketing, and other Operations team members.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of relevant operational experience.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills; additional technical background preferred.
• Strong data science and analytics background; experience with machine learning is a plus.
• Highly organized, precise, and tidy.
• SaaS and startup experience preferred.
• Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus.

Pay and benefits

• Base salary range: $150,000-180,000, plus equity.
• Benefits include health coverage, remote work, unlimited PTO, and other perks.
