FGF Brands is seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic data science team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in driving impactful AI and machine learning solutions to revolutionize our manufacturing processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and implement the latest AI and computer vision models to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions based on complex business requirements.
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data, developing ETL pipelines and visualization dashboards.
• Develop, tune, and evaluate machine learning models for optimal performance.
• Design and implement computer vision solutions, including image classification and object detection tailored for manufacturing.
• Stay updated with advancements in data science, machine learning, and computer vision, applying new knowledge to projects.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Data Analysis with impactful solutions.
• Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with computer vision techniques like Image Classification, Object Detection, Semantic Segmentation, Action Recognition.
• Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, optimization, and statistics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for scalable processing and deployment.
• Ability to work independently with a tech-savvy mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Research experience with publications is a plus.
• Experience with large datasets and robotics is a plus.
