Job summary

RSM Canada Operations ULC is seeking a senior data & BI professional to design scalable data models and build end-to-end ETL pipelines. You will develop semantic models and dashboards based on business needs, and collaborate with clients and regional teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in BI, data modeling, and data pipeline development across multiple domains, with strong SQL and cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP). Hybrid work arrangements are common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Math, CS, IS, Finance, Economics or Analytics.
• 5+ years designing data models across multiple domains.
• 5+ years building BI solutions and data pipelines.
• 5+ years ingesting data into data lakes/warehouses.
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python/Scala.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms like Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Quick Sight or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dimensional and 3NF data models.
• Design and develop ETL pipelines consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Develop Semantic Models and reports/dashboards based on business requirements.
• Facilitate requirements sessions and analyze data needs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and teams across regions.
