We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence & Data Engineering professional with a strong background in design and development, data modeling, and business analytics. This individual will collaborate closely with our Data Analytics team to:

  • Facilitate business requirements sessions and conduct data analysis to accurately identify and specify the data needed to support impactful business objectives.
  • Create and maintain data models (dimensional and 3NF) aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and develop data pipelines that consolidate data from various source systems into a unified data platform, including defining source‑to‑target mappings, business rules, and any necessary data transformations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and team members across regions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience designing data models across multiple subject areas and business domains.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions.
  • 3+ years of optimizing data pipeline processes and database structures.
  • Proven experience with major cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficient in BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Snowflake and MS Fabric.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and other data management tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python (e.g., PySpark, Pandas).
  • Expertise in defining, managing, and automating data pipelines/workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Team‑oriented with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
  • Passion for solving complex business problems through data‑driven solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting solution/technical assessments.
  • Knowledge of Databricks.
  • Working knowledge of the modernized information management tool (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Talend, Alation, Purview).

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $79,000 – $126,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
