Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive environments.
• 2+ years of experience supporting data architecture, data modeling, or data strategy initiatives.
• 1+ year of experience in capital markets with exposure to multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, commodities)
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, trade lifecycle processes, and market data structures.
• Experience with FIX (Financial Information Exchange) protocol.
• Strong API and integration experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data analysis, profiling, and transformation.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and real-time data integration.
• Experience working with cloud-based data lake or lakehouse environments.
• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance data analysis, modeling, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions across a cloud-based data platform.
