Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 5+ years in data governance, data management, or related field.
• Experience implementing governance policies, controls, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency with data, analytics, and governance tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, Collibra).
• Knowledge of metadata management, data catalogs, lineage, and DSPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maturation of Teranet’s Data and AI Governance Program, including governance forums, initiative planning, metrics, issue tracking, and reporting.
• Develop, review, and operationalize governance policies, standards, controls, procedures, and stewardship practices.
• Translate policy, risk, data management, and business requirements into practical workflows and day-to-day procedures.
