Job summary

Insight Enterprises is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data platforms enabling analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll craft scalable pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, and implement cloud-based data platforms across the data lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on expertise with modern data technologies, strong problem solving, and collaboration with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to modernize data environments and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data engineering or related field.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting data from multiple sources.
• Develop ETL/ELT solutions on cloud data platforms and lakehouses.
• Create dimensional models, transformation logic, and data structures for analytics/AI initiatives.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake and related platforms.
• Ensure data quality, testing, monitoring, lineage, and governance.
