Job summary

RAPS Consulting Inc in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data Sourcing and Analytics team and drive the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise data solutions on modern cloud data platforms.

You will work hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, Spark/PySpark, and ETL/ELT pipelines, focusing on data modeling, warehousing, data mapping, and data lineage, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Enterprise Data Management.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark/PySpark.
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing.
• Experience with data mapping, source-to-target specifications, and data lineage.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
