Job summary

PSP Investments in Montreal is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Delivery and Enablement to help ensure the reliability and evolution of the SimCorp One platform. You will manage requirements, lead analysis initiatives, and coordinate cross-team efforts to maintain operational readiness and data quality.

You’ll work in a BOSE-driven environment, collaborating with vendors and internal teams while contributing to change management, testing, and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration or a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a role related to application support, platform operations, technology service management or investment systems.
• Experience operating and supporting business-critical solutions in a production environment.
• Experience with investment management platforms such as SimCorp Dimension or SimCorp One is a significant asset.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, change, release and operational support management concepts.
• Experience implementing operational controls, monitoring mechanisms, dashboards or performance indicators.
• Experience collaborating with technology vendors and multidisciplinary teams in a platform support or evolution context.
• Knowledge of SQL query languages and familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or equivalent tools is an asset.
• Ability to turn recurring operational issues into sustainable improvements to platforms, processes or controls.
• Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, analyze and manage requirements related to operation, performance and evolution of platforms under BOSE’s responsibility, leading complex analysis initiatives for stability and automation.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SimCorp One platform, including monitoring batch job groups, portfolio calculations, interfaces, services and data availability.
• Maintain end-to-end understanding of the operational chain, coordinate interventions, and support business continuity.
• Act as primary contact for platform issues with vendors, tech partners, and internal teams, coordinating dependencies for service delivery.
• Contribute to platform evolution by assessing impact of releases and participating in change management and go-live activities.
• Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base under BOSE’s responsibility.
• Help establish and improve support models, processes and standards for reliability and efficiency.
• Serve as SME for platform components and participate in planning and continuous improvement.
