Job summary

PSP Investments in Montreal is seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to oversee the SimCorp One platform, manage BOSE operations and coordinate cross-team interventions. You will ensure data availability, incident response and operational resilience in a production environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in application support or platform operations, with fluency in English and French. A hybrid work model and strong vendor collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business Admin or related field.
At least 3 years in application support or platform operations.
Experience with investment platforms is a plus (SimCorp).
Knowledge of SQL and operational support concepts.
Bilingual English and French communication.

Responsibilities

Gather, understand and manage requirements for BOSE platforms and lead complex analysis to improve stability and resilience.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the SimCorp One platform, including batch processes and data availability.
Coordinate interventions among teams to ensure business continuity.
Serve as primary contact for platform issues with vendors and internal teams.
Assess impact of new releases and participate in change management and go-live testing.
Document and maintain support procedures and knowledge base for BOSE.
Help establish and improve support models, processes and standards.
Act as SME for platform components and contribute to planning and improvement.
