A leading retail organization is seeking a Senior Data & Business Insights Analyst to join their Decision Support team in Calgary. The role involves leading analytics projects, serving as the primary partner for business clients, and conducting performance reviews to inform strategic planning. Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in SQL, Python, and experience with BI tools like Power BI, along with strong communication skills.
The Decision Support team plays a pivotal role in partnering with the business to provide data-driven insights that influence performance. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Business Insights Analyst to join our team, providing dedicated support to the Western Canadian Tire banners, including Sport Chek and Mark's.
Reporting to the Manager, Western Banner Decision Support, you will be operating within the data analytics space, leveraging relevant quantitative and qualitative data to deliver actionable insights that drive business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can lead analytics projects independently and serve as a trusted partner to the business.
