Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Tech Lead Data Engineer & Data Architect to shape the data analytics platform, own data modeling, and drive governance for AI-ready pipelines. You will lead a talented team of engineers, advancing DataOps, MLOps, and scalable cloud data practices across a remote, global team.

You will modernize the stack, optimize costs, mentor engineers, and collaborate with data science, infra, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, business-ready data platforms.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on experience as a Senior Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Tech Lead in cloud data environments.
• AI & Agent readiness: experience preparing data structures and semantic models for AI workloads.
• Snowflake & dbt mastery with advanced modeling and CI/CD testing.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data pipelines and MLOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction, architectural standards, and data governance of the data analytics platform.
• Lead end-to-end data pipelines, ingestion, APIs, and orchestration with modern tooling.
• Enhance DataOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and data credential management.
• Drive AI-readiness initiatives and ensure data quality, security, and scalability.
