Position Overview: Quinn AI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in mapping transactional data to time series KPIs and ensuring data is properly utilized within Quinn's data tables. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CRM, ERP, and billing systems, particularly NetSuite, HubSpot, and ideally Salesforce (SFDC), and will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy and process for data mapping and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Mapping & KPI Alignment:

  • Analyze and map transactional data from NetSuite, HubSpot, and other CRM systems to key time series KPIs that drive business insights.
  • Define, document, and implement best practices for structuring and maintaining data mappings, including the automation of repeatable mapping processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure KPIs align with business objectives and reporting requirements.

Strategy Development & Process Flow Definition:

  • Develop and define a scalable and repeatable process for mapping transactional data to KPIs.
  • Create detailed process flow documentation to support efficient data integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data strategy with business needs.

Guidance on Data Extraction & API Integration:

  • Provide strategic recommendations for extracting data from 3rd party systems using API integrations.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformation processes.
  • Evaluate existing integration approaches and suggest improvements or alternative solutions.

Data Quality & Governance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
  • Develop data validation checks and reconciliation procedures to monitor data quality.
  • Establish guidelines and policies for data management and reporting.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and business goals.
  • Provide clear communication and reporting on data initiatives, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on data mapping methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with CRM systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proven experience in mapping transactional data to business KPIs and insights.
  • Strong understanding of data extraction methodologies and API integrations.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Understanding of revenue operations and sales analytics.
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or ETL frameworks.
  • Duration: month-to-month with potential for long-term engagement based on business needs
