Job summary

Konrad seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives across client engagements, translating complex questions into structured analyses and actionable insights. You will mentor junior analysts while shaping data-informed strategy with executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, BI, or consulting analytics.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift/BigQuery).
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client and internal stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and measurement strategies.
• Lead analytical projects end-to-end including discovery, data validation, analysis, and presentation of recommendations.
• Design and implement scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive and operational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain metric definitions, documentation, and analytics standards across engagements.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and risks across product and business performance.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies, including statistical interpretation and recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design data models and ensure reliable, high-quality reporting layers.
• Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work to ensure quality and rigor.
• Communicate insights through clear narratives, visualizations, and executive-level presentations.
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows, governance, and data quality processes.
