Our team is responsible for creating the 360° customer analytics view, deploying KPIs, and customer intelligence. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst – Customer Intelligence to join this team.

Your mission

As part of an innovative and agile team, you will unlock the potential of customer data by leveraging the 360° view. Using your analytical expertise and strategic vision, you will identify high-value opportunities, utilize segmentation and predictive models, and translate data into actionable insights aligned with business objectives. You will adopt a critical and pragmatic approach to support strategic decision-making.

Main responsibilities
  1. Explore customer data to identify strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives.
  2. Provide advanced analytics using tools such as segmentation and predictive models to target key segments and growth opportunities.
  3. Offer informed and critical recommendations to guide business strategies, considering operational constraints.
  4. Develop and optimize data pipelines to create clear and actionable visualizations using tools like Power BI.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to transform insights into measurable actions.
  6. Design strategic dashboards highlighting key performance indicators and emerging opportunities.
  7. Identify and prioritize initiatives with a direct impact on business results and customer experience.
  8. Support Growth Center teams to maximize data utilization in strategic projects.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, accounting, administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within the financial and insurance sectors.
  • Proactive, curious, rigorous, politically astute, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI, and Databricks (asset).
  • Fluency in French and intermediate English for training, communication, and presentations.
Location

Québec, Québec; other possible locations include Montreal, Quebec, and Toronto, Ontario.
