What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary Data Analyst team to design and build complex visualizations and analytical models
2. Collaborate closely with compliance areas to identify and deliver impactful analytical use cases
3. Analyze and interpret large volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using various data tools
4. Support and manage data requests from business stakeholders, assessing the impact of business changes
5. Synthesize complex findings into simple visualizations and actionable recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 5+ years of experience; Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field
2. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
3. Proficiency in analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Python
4. Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
5. Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Redshift, Spark)
