What You'll Work On

1. Partner with the business to translate needs into core tables, dashboards, metrics, ad hoc analyses, and investigations for insights.
2. Conduct strategic analysis to identify new business opportunities.
3. Create data visualizations for broad understanding across the organization.
4. Build scalable automation solutions using SQL, dashboards, and other tools.
5. Communicate effectively with leaders, telling data-driven stories.
6. Develop strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.

What You'll Bring To Circle

Senior Data Analyst (III)

• 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills; experience with pipelines is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for cross-organizational partnership.
• Business acumen and ability to handle complex requirements.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience with visualization tools like Superset or Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL; basic Python knowledge is advantageous.
• Understanding of statistics and experience applying them.
• Domain experience in financial services, banking, product analytics, crypto, or risk analytics.

Lead Data Analyst (IV)

Includes all requirements of Senior Data Analyst plus:

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Deep understanding of statistics and business problem-solving.

Compensation

Starting pay is determined by experience, skills, and organizational needs. Compensation ranges:

• Senior Data Analyst: $122,500 - $162,500
• Lead Data Analyst: $145,000 - $192,500
