Job summary

Konrad in Toronto is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives and partner with clients to shape data-informed strategy. You will own analytics from discovery to delivery, mentor juniors, and help establish best practices in data modeling, experimentation, and reporting.

You will design scalable dashboards, define KPIs, and present insights to leadership. A hybrid work model and competitive compensation are offered, with a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data analytics, BI, or consulting analytics.
• Strong SQL querying cloud data warehouses (Snowflake/Databricks/Redshift/BigQuery).
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for analysis.
• Advanced BI tooling (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong data modeling and analytics architecture knowledge.
• Experience defining KPIs, metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver insights.
• Experience presenting to leadership and working with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security practices.

About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you are an experienced analytics professional who leads analytical initiatives and partners directly with stakeholders to shape data-informed strategy. You drive the design and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions that enable clients to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make confident business decisions.

You work closely with consultants, data engineers, developers, designers and clients across multiple engagements. You own analytical problem-solving from discovery to delivery, mentor junior analysts, and help establish best practices across data modeling, experimentation, and reporting.

You are curious, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You translate complex business problems into structured analysis, proactively surface insights, and influence decisions through clear communication and thoughtful storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Partner with client and internal stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and measurement strategies
• Lead analytical projects end-to-end including discovery, data validation, analysis, and presentation of recommendations
• Design and implement scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive and operational decision-making
• Develop and maintain metric definitions, documentation, and analytics standards across engagements
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and risks across product and business performance
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies, including statistical interpretation and recommendations
• Collaborate with data engineers to design data models and ensure reliable, high-quality reporting layers
• Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work to ensure quality and rigor
• Communicate insights through clear narratives, visualizations, and executive-level presentations
• Identify and implement improvements to analytics workflows, governance, and data quality processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, product analytics, or consulting analytics role
• Strong SQL expertise and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar language for data analysis and automation
• Advanced experience with Business Intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and analytics architecture concepts
• Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and decision metrics
• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, causal inference, statistical interpretation)
• Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and presenting to leadership audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence decisions Experience mentoring analysts or reviewing analytical work
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices

The estimated compensation for this position is $105,000 to $115,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
