Job summary

CIRA is seeking a senior technical leader for its Cyber-DNS team in Canada. You’ll guide pre-sales for DNS and cybersecurity products, shape solution design, and deliver compelling technical demos and proposals.

You’ll work hands-on with clients, translating needs into scalable architectures and practical implementation plans, while collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure strong customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical pre-sales in a relevant industry.
• Experience in the security industry with strong XDR expertise; endpoint security desired.
• Experience leading RFP responses and commercial proposals.
• Ability to set up customer and demo environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales on discovery calls, technical discussions, and product demos focusing on XDR.
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements and scope, including SoW documentation.
• Lead RFP responses and commercial proposals with cross‑functional teams.
• Set up customer and demo environments and guide configuration of cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide hands‑on guidance to implementation teams during deployment.
