Job summary

CSA Group in Canada is seeking a Senior IT Manager, Cybersecurity to lead the cybersecurity program, guide the team, and protect CSA systems and data. You will shape the IT security strategy, drive awareness, and ensure security across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role interfaces with business units, defines metrics, and collaborates with IT and development to implement security by design while leading disaster recovery planning and security governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
• 7–10 years IT security experience with leadership.
• CISSP certification required; CCSK or CISM preferred.
• Experience with NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001 and CIS.

Responsibilities

• Guide cybersecurity team and ensure availability and security of CSA systems.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity strategy, awareness and training.
• Oversee incident response and disaster recovery planning.
• Define metrics, KPIs and SLAs for the security program.
• Collaborate with IT and development to enforce secure by design.
