Job summary

Aritzia is expanding its Cybersecurity team and seeking a Senior Architect/Architect, Cybersecurity to design, engineer, and enable secure technology solutions across retail, eCommerce, cloud, and SaaS environments. You will partner with business and tech teams to assess risk, define security requirements, and guide solutions from design through implementation and assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating secure design patterns and reference architectures.
• Strong knowledge of application and API security, identity architecture, cloud architecture, data protection.
• Experience performing threat modeling and communicating risk to technical and business stakeholders.
• Practical experience or strong working familiarity with agentic AI architectures or related security control patterns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture reviews and define implementable requirements.
• Design secure architectures for retail and e‑commerce capabilities, including identity and payments.
• Define identity, privilege, and secret management architectures with least privilege principles.
• Guide hybrid cloud security across Azure, GCP, on‑premises and SaaS environments.
• Document architecture decisions and drive adoption of approved security patterns.
