1. Technical Security Architecture (25%)
2. Expertise in Security Architecture Design:

• Strong understanding of security design principles and best practices.
• Experience with digital signatures, encryption, firewalls, access control, authentication, virus protection, etc.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks, resolve vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security standards.

Experience with Complex Systems:

• Implementing security in distributed and complex systems.
• Knowledge of network security, operating system security, and application-level security.

1. Security Liaison and Advisory (25%)
2. Communication with Internal Stakeholders:

• Acting as a liaison with IT security staff, senior management, and program management.
