Job summary

QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join its expanding cybersecurity team in Canada. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents, strengthening QuadReal’s security posture across endpoints, servers, cloud environments, and networks.

The role requires hands-on expertise in incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, and IAM, with strong knowledge of frameworks like NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, network security, IAM, and endpoint security.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK.

Responsibilities

• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, networking, and applications teams during incident response.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks, SOPs and risk assessments.
• Lead the vulnerability management lifecycle, including scanning, remediation coordination and reporting.
• Design phishing simulations and support security training programs.
