A leading company is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Analyst to enhance its Identity Access Management (IAM) capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for integrating applications onto IAM solutions and ensuring compliance through effective risk management. Job description

Senior Cyber Security Analyst (GG08), IAM Onboarding (GCS)

About the Position

The ideal candidate is passionate about information security and securing privileged accounts, credentials, and non-human access across tools, applications, and systems. As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst in the Identity Access Management (IAM) Team, you will collaborate with the IAM Application Onboarding Team to integrate RBC applications onto IAM solutions such as CyberArk, Entra ID (Azure), Sailpoint IIQ, ServiceNow, and GDS. This role requires working with various technology and business stakeholders to implement IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business partners and application teams to explain onboarding processes and document requirements.
  • Ensure data remediation is completed, including orphan cleanup, role creation, and policy creation in SailPoint.
  • Provide consultative services to ensure Privileged Access Management compliance.
  • Identify and report security risks according to RBC standards.
  • Participate in audits and coordinate action plans.
  • Handle privileged provisioning issues as the first point of contact.
  • Participate in project planning and onboarding testing, including test case creation and execution.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications - Must Have

  • At least 3 years of experience with IAM solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, data modeling, and business process modeling.
  • Experience with requirement methodologies like UML, Agile, and Waterfall.
  • Understanding of IAM controls, risk frameworks, and Cloud IDaaS concepts.
  • Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of business applications and processes.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ and IAM provisioning / de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with IT standards, CMM, and audit requirements.
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control and Conditional Access.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP).

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
