Job Summary
Provides consultation services to Livingston clients and others on a variety of Customs Process issuesincluding Tariff Classification, NAFTA Compliance, Customs Valuation, Appeals and Dispute Settlement,Refunds, Machinery Remission, Drawbacks, Sales and Excis Taxes (as it relates to Customs), SeizureAppeals, Entry Audits, Anti-Dumping and other related topics.
