The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, a CCS or Licensed Customs Broker designation, and expertise in trade laws, particularly USMCA/CUSMA. The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days on-site, and involves advisory and compliance activities across multiple facets of customs regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customs-related positions.
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Licensed Customs Broker designation required.
• Strong understanding of USMCA/CUSMA and international customs legislation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Client's trade and customs compliance.
• Ensure compliance with trade rules and provide advice.
• Conduct self-classification exercises and ensure recordkeeping.
